→Founded in Osaka in 1962, we are a retailer specializing in Soka Gakkai altars, Buddhist altar accessories, and various goods. The company has 45 sales offices throughout Japan and an official SGI store in Shinanomachi, Tokyo.
➁Does the price include shipping?
→Prices include shipping charges. Prices shown do not include other costs incurred at the time of importation, such as customs duties, consumption tax, and value-added tax. Customers are responsible for any other costs incurred at the time of importation. Please understand that these costs will be borne by the customer.（Please note that there are some items for which we charge shipping fees for some altars. We will post them on the product page.）
③Can I specify a delivery company?
→We will ship with the shipping company designated by our company. If you specify your own shipping company, we may charge an additional fee. Please understand.
④Is it possible to specify the date of delivery?
→We cannot accept date and time specifications for overseas delivery.
⑤Can you deliver the altar and set it up in my room?
→To reduce the risk of spreading infectious diseases, the delivery will be made at the front door. Customers are responsible for installation.
⑥Can you repair the product if it is broken or damaged?

⑦Where can I see the actual product?
→There is an official shop in Shinanomachi, Tokyo, exclusively for SGI members. Language-enabled staff members are always available to help you with your shopping needs.

→Accepted. Please let us know what you would like to order by e-mail so that we can negotiate with you on an individual basis. We will provide you with a separate quotation for the transportation method, etc.

→In principle, we do not permit this, but if you wish to do so, please contact us in advance to discuss the details of your individual settlement request.
⑬Do you handle large Buddhist altars for private halls?
→We do not list them on our website, but they are available for sale. We will be happy to provide you with an estimate after discussing the transportation method and other details with you individually.
⑭Are there any restrictions on sales territories?
→Some areas are not available for delivery due to remote areas covered by the delivery company.
