These duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.The method of payment depends on each country's customs, agents, and shipping companies. Please be aware of this in advance.

【About delivery area】 Due to the circumstances of each country, there are areas where delivery is not possible.
In the case of non-delivery areas, we will contact you by email in advance before shipping. Please contact us by e-mail in advance if you wish to place an order or request delivery to an area outside of our delivery area. We will respond to your request on a case-by-case basis.
【About shipping date】 We will ship after ordering and confirming payment.
【About delivery date designation】 Due to international shipping, you cannot specify the date.
【Check delivery status】 We will send you the tracking number by email. For detailed delivery status after shipping, please contact the shipping company in the guide and check it.
【If you are absent】 If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence, so please complete the redelivery procedure by yourself.
If you do not receive your parcel and the storage period has expired, it will be returned to us.

Redelivery of returned items will incur new return shipping charges and shipping charges. However, we may refuse redelivery at our discretion.
