➀Due to airline laws, Washington Convention, and laws and regulations of some countries, we may not be able to send your order. Please understand this in advance.

➁Goods will be sent by airmail (our designated company) and unloaded in front of the customer's home. (For the purpose of preventing the spread of infectious diseases, we will not enter the house.　　　

③Local customs duties, consumption tax (excise tax), and other expenses (such as unexpected quarantine inspections, storage fees, fumigation costs, etc.) will be borne by the customer as the recipient.

④Due to the different power supply situation from Japan, a conversion plug or a transformer is required. Kongodo will arrange for the conversion plugs and transformers and ship them together with the Buddhist altar. Please be sure to use them when using the altar.

⑤In principle, the goods will be delivered in their original cardboard pallet packaging. Customers are responsible for removing the packaging, disposing of the cardboard boxes, and setting up the altars and Buddhist altars by themselves.

⑥If the goods can only be brought in from the balcony or window of an apartment building, the customer will be required to arrange for a crane or lift on site, and the customer will be responsible for the cost.

⑦Due to conflict issues and international situations in some countries, we may not be able to send goods to some areas. We will consult with you in advance.

⑧ We cannot accept any request for discount of retail value to reduce customs duty, consumption tax (excise tax), etc. for any reason whatsoever. This is in order to comply with laws and regulations and to ensure safety first.
